  1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and ship USPS priority mail.
  2. Shipping is a flat fee equal to the current applicable USPS Priority Mail Rate. Transit times exclude Sundays and federal holidays.
  3. All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order shipment email.
  4. For all orders over $1,000, “signature on delivery,” is required.  We may contact you before shipping to confirm your order because of fraud concerns.
  5. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
